We ship our products via USPS Priority Mail.

USPS Priority Mail usually arrives within one to three business days after shipping.
We endeavor to ship all orders for within one (1) business day. Standard shipping is typically via the U.S. Postal Service and you should allow one (1) to five (5) business days for standard delivery once an order has been shipped. We reserve the right to substitute another carrier of equal or lesser cost to deliver your order. All shipping charges are your responsibility, unless waived by Top Dog Coffee Bar. Shipping charges will be included on your invoice and can be viewed prior to finalizing your order. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point. Title to products passes from Top Dog Coffee Bar to you upon shipment and we are not responsible for any shipping delays or problems once the product has been shipped including any damage to the product due to negligence on behalf of shipping carrier, nor due to weather.
Because we are selling and shipping a food product, we cannot accept returns. We do, however, want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have an issue regarding the quality of the coffee beans that we shipped to you, please contact us directly within 30 days of purchase via our Contact Page, or email us at info@TopDogCoffeeBar.com or give us a ring at 805.772.9225. Please include your order number, and annotate the specifics of your dissatisfaction so that we may determine an appropriate remedy.
